Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise data and technology initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role requires hands-on SQL and Python analysis, strong enterprise experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, testable technical requirements, including UAT support.

Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of Business Analyst experience in a large enterprise environment
• Master’s degree required (Business, Finance, Data, or related field)
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation across large datasets
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and reporting
• Experience leading or supporting UAT in production environments
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (technology, data, business)
• Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills

Responsibilities:
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate outputs, and support testing efforts
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test case creation and issue tracking
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to support system enhancements and releases

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with servicing platforms such as Black Knight MSP, Sagent, or LoanServ.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Product management or business analysis certification (e.g., CSPO, CBAP).
