We are seeking a highly skilled SDET with a strongbackground in back-end testing, test automation, and scripting. In this role, you will analyze user stories, design test strategies, build automation, andensure reliable delivery across UI, API, and data layers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC, participate in Agileceremonies, and help drive timely defect resolution.
Qualifications
· 6+ years of enterprise-level experience in SDET,QA engineering, or automated testing roles.
· Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies,and testing best practices.
· Hands-on proficiency with Selenium, KarateFramework, Python scripting, SQL, and Unix/Linux.
· Experience testing in cloud-based environments(AWS preferred).
· Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Responsibilities
· Analyze requirements and user stories to designclear, comprehensive test cases.
· Identify, document, and track defects,collaborating closely with development teams to drive timely resolutions.
· Build and maintain automation frameworks andreusable scripts across UI, API, and integration layers, and executefunctional/regression suites within CI/CD pipelines.
· Perform end-to-end data validation acrossdatabases and cloud platforms, including scripting for test data setup,environment configuration, and results comparison.
