We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Application Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow GRC solutions, including application configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, is a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, possesses strong JavaScript and REST API expertise, and thrives in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer, including 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong proficiency with GlideRecord queries, scripting, and REST API development.
- Experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST integrations.
- 4+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions.
- Configure forms, fields, lists, workspaces, UI policies, client scripts, dashboards, reports, service catalogs, and portals.
- Develop workflows using Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, Events, and Mail Scripts.
- Configure users, roles, groups, and ACLs.
- Build integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
- Manage update sets, data imports, deployments, and technical documentation.
- Perform functional testing and support production environments.
- Participate in Agile sprints, scrum ceremonies, and deployment planning while ensuring compliance with development standards.
